Our Story

A Legacy of Compassionate Care

Founded in 2003, Harborview Wellness Center began as a small family medicine practice with a single physician and a clear mission: to deliver healthcare that treats the whole person, not just the symptoms. Dr. Elena Vasquez opened the doors with a commitment to building long-term relationships with every patient who walked in, and that founding principle continues to guide every decision we make today.

Over two decades we have grown from that solo practice into a multi-specialty center with board-certified physicians spanning internal medicine, cardiology, pediatrics, mental health, dermatology, and women's health. Despite the growth, our patient-to-provider ratio remains intentionally low so that every visit still feels unhurried, personal, and thorough.

Today, Harborview serves over 12,000 patients annually across our modern, fully accredited facility. We invest continuously in advanced diagnostics, evidence-based treatment protocols, and ongoing staff education so our community always has access to the highest standard of care — close to home.
